Every product goes through quality checks before being shipped, but you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if your purchase meets one of the following conditions:
Incorrect Product – The item received does not match the description on our website or is entirely different from what was ordered.
Manufacturing Defect – The product has a defect due to manufacturing.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
The request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and manuals.
Issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect items must be supported with clear images as proof.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, without any modifications.
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Before initiating a return, ensure the request meets the above criteria to avoid delays.
While we strive to make returns and replacements as smooth as possible, some products do not qualify for returns due to their nature or condition after purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products that show signs of use, installation, or tampering. This includes any scratches, missing parts, or evidence of wear.
Items purchased under clearance sales or special discount offers unless they arrive damaged or defective. Discounted products are often final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Custom-made or personalized products, as these are designed specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
Products that are missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or manuals.

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement, follow these steps to ensure a smooth process.

Order Number – Helps us track your purchase.
Issue Description – Briefly explain the problem.
Clear Images or Videos – Attach photos or videos clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Requests without complete details may face processing delays.
Once the request is reviewed:
If approved, we will arrange a pickup at the provided address (subject to service availability).
If pickup is unavailable in your area, we will share return shipping instructions. Secure packing is necessary to prevent damage during transit.
Additional details may be requested before proceeding.
After we receive the returned item, it will go through inspection. This typically takes 2 days from the date of arrival at our warehouse.
If the return is approved, a replacement will be sent out or a refund will be processed based on the selected resolution.
If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer without a replacement or refund.
The final decision on return eligibility will be based on our inspection.
Refunds are processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Processing time may vary based on the bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD purchases will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. Customers may need to share bank details for processing.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if the product is returned in a condition that does not meet full eligibility requirements.
Refunds do not include shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong or defective items).

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you may need to request a return instead.
Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If the product is no longer needed, you may initiate a return after delivery, provided it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Refusing delivery without prior cancellation approval may result in additional return shipping charges.
No Extra Shipping Charges for Replacements – If a replacement is issued due to damage or defects, we cover the shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility for Unwanted Returns – If a return is requested due to personal preference or a change of mind, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
